The Bike Downhill Grand Prix for kids
The Kids Flowtrail Race takes place every year on Bettmeralp on the Wurzenbord flow trail, which was specially created for mountain bikers. This downhill bike event for children is organized by the Rhonebiker, among others, where you can also register your child for the race. Find out about the program and impressions from the young bikers regarding the race track.
Flowtrail Wurzenbord
The trail has a length of 3 km with a difference in altitude of 260 m. It can also be used in the summer season, for practicing or just for fun. A flow trail is a flowing bike route that is not as demanding as a downhill route. It is just as winding, but not as steep. Nevertheless, you will find small to medium jumps on a flow trail. Young children should always be accompanied by an adult. The flow trail is suitable for mountain bike beginners and families with children. The Wurzenbord flow trail is just one of many bike tours in the Aletsch region. You can download a bike map with all the tours in the Upper Valais free of charge here.
