Everything in the starting blocks? After all, the Christmas vacations are just around the corner. And this time you don't have to go looking for snow, there are beautifully groomed slopes and the vacation feeling can finally set in again. The last winter is forgotten. Now it's time to turn the winter vacations into an experience that you can live on for a few months. Fill your mind with wonderful memories. I would like to suggest two events. Both can be found in the Aletsch Arena events calendar.

Event for culture vultures

It all starts on December 27 with a Christmas concert on Bettmeralp. The Italian saxophone duo will be playing classical works from Bach to Piazzolla. You can hear samples of their skills on their website Saxofollia. If your accommodation is on the Riederalp, there is a discounted shuttle bus with the guest card to Bettmeralp, where the concert takes place. But you probably know: a leisurely evening walk along the Aletsch promenade also has its charm.

Event for sports freaks

On January 04, 2024, the Big Airbag show jumping event will take place on the Riederalp. Just drop by and try it out for yourself. Information about the Big Airbag can be found here. The first jump is free.
