And in the daylight, you return to your holiday apartment, jump in the shower, and relax a little longer. And then hunger strikes. Should you cook again? Or do you have something to make up for with the best wife in the world? Aha! I see. Then it's better to go out for a meal with a touch of romance. Cheese is always a good idea in Switzerland. In winter, preferably in two varieties.<\/p>\n<h3>Fondue or raclette fun at the Ch\u00fcestall restaurant on the Riederalp<\/h3>\n<p>This cozy dinner takes place every Tuesday from 4:30 pm at the <a href=\"https:\/\/ferienchalet-wallis.ch\/en\/huettenerlebnisse-aletsch-arena-ohne-kuehe\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Ch\u00fcestall<\/a> restaurant. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aletscharena.ch\/en\/planning-booking\/offers-experiences\/fondue-or-raclette-fun\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Book<\/a> this event right after a long day of skiing. After dinner, take the night skiing slopes back to your holiday apartment. If you prefer to go to your accommodation first and walk, you can take the winter hiking trail. Dates are available again from January 27, 2026.<\/p>\n<h3>Cheese fondue in the gondola with a chat<\/h3>\n<p>The adventure starts at 6 pm and lasts for 2 hours with a minimum of 15 participants. Every Wednesday, weather permitting. Each <a href=\"https:\/\/ferienchalet-wallis.ch\/en\/der-hit-fondue-mit-abendstimmung\/\">fondue gondola <\/a>owards Bettmerhorn accommodates a maximum of 4 people. The gondola can also be <a href=\"https:\/\/shop.aletscharena.ch\/en\/products\/bettmerhorn-fondue-gondola?_gl=1*14r097d*_gcl_au*MTAwODMzMjIxNC4xNzYyODY0NjA2*FPAU*MTAwODMzMjIxNC4xNzYyODY0NjA2\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">booked for two people<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h3>Moonlight dinner with torchlight descent<\/h3>\n<p>Every Thursday from 5:45 pm, the Panorama Restaurant Bettmerhorn offers all-you-can-eat raclette. Take the gondola to Bettmerhorn, enjoy dinner with a romantic view of the Valais mountains, and then descend by <a href=\"https:\/\/ferienchalet-wallis.ch\/en\/mondscheinessen-mit-fackelabfahrt\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">by torchlight from 8:30 pm<\/a>. If you don't feel comfortable doing that, take the gondola again.
