Somehow, it didn't really resonate with my readers. But I\u2019m not giving up just yet. After all, the forest improves our health by encouraging us to pause and engaging our senses\u2014and learning a bit more about it makes you appreciate the forest even more.<\/p>\n<h3>Indian Summer in the Aletsch Arena<\/h3>\n<p>For many, autumn is the most beautiful season. It is not just the autumn colors that are particularly lovely; wildlife is also active and on the move again. That is why Pro Natura offers excursions in the autumn for wildlife watching and observing the red deer rut. I, however, prefer to continue championing the forest\u2014and to whet my readers' appetite for the Aletsch Forest, encouraging them to experience a guided tour amidst the larches and moraines.<\/p>\n<h3>Forest Bathing in Autumn<\/h3>\n<p>And after the excursion? Then it is time to put what you have learned into practice by taking a leisurely stroll through the Aletsch Forest. Show your children how to behave: don\u2019t destroy anything and don\u2019t leave anything behind. Sit on a bench with your loved ones and listen to the silence. Breathe deeply and taste the forest. Take off your shoes and feel the ground beneath your feet. Touch the trees. You might even spot a squirrel or hear a deer.<\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pronatura-aletsch.ch\/de\/arve_laerche_totholz_herbst?startDate=24.09.2026&amp;endDate=24.09.2026\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">guided tour<\/a> takes place every Thursday and lasts just under two hours. The tour is free of charge with the Aletsch Guest Card.<\/p>\n<p><em>Im Wald, zum Beispiel! Zwischen B\u00e4umen. Da kann ich dichten, kann ich tr\u00e4umen.
